Zwar schon auf ALRIK und in meinen del.icio.us-Bookmarks gepostet, muss ich das jetzt hier auch noch anbringen, weil ich es so eine nette Idee finde: Auf DSA4.de gibt es nun das Wiki Aventurica – eine Wissensammlung über Aventurien. Finde ich eine ziemlich gute Idee. Bloss sollte es nun noch einen RSS-Feed davon geben …

(Interessant und oder schade ist die Tatsache, dass DSA noch nicht sehr vertreten ist in den del.icio.us-Bookmarks … gerade mal ich und noch jemand anderes (vom Güldenland-MMORPG) gebrauchen das Tag. Das sollte besser werden ;) …)

Fable II: The Storification

Clearly, Fable II has to tell a story. Unfortunately, the designers are so intent on telling this story that everything else becomes secondary.

The praise that Bioshock has received from other critics is – after having played through the game – definitely well earned. Ein halbes Jahr nach der Bachelor-Ausstellung gibt es nun meine Bachelor-Arbeit auch als Download zum Testen.

Technisch entspricht das Spiel ungefähr dem Stand vom Juni – es hat also noch einige Bugs, die bis jetzt nicht ausgemerzt worden sind. Zudem sollte man die momentane Version vor allem als Tech-Demo ansehen: viele der gewünschten Funktionen sind vorhanden, aber natürlich müsste man noch einiges mehr an Inhalt einbauen.

Half a year after my bachelor's thesis game was presented at the bachelor's exhibition, it is now available as a download on this website.

The version is still largely the one that could be seen at the exhibition, with an additional, though very rough, English translation added.

Still, there are some bugs around. It might be best to understand the current state of the game as a tech demo: Most of the functionality is here, but it still lacks content and proper balancing. Play...
